Dr. Elmer Belen
BSc, MD, MMed (Inf&Imm), FRACGP
Dr. Belen is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.He completed his medical degree in the Philippines in 2004 following an undergraduate degree in Zoology. He has then worked in various hospitals in Sydney, Central Coast and Tasmania before completing his General Practice training in Regional Queensland.
He enjoys all aspects of General Practice with particular interest in skin cancer checks and treatment , preventative health and chronic disease management.
He is committed to ongoing professional education and holds several certificates in skin cancer diagnosis and management.
Dr Belen can speak Filipino/Tagalog.

Dr. Grazyna Gawronska
MBBS, AMC Sydney, FRACGP
Dr Grazyna Gawronska is a General Practitioner who has been working at Darley Street Medical Practice since July 1999.
She graduated in Medicine from Warsaw University in Poland.
After coming to Australia in 1989 she undertook Australian Medical Council training and exams. Subsequently she worked as an intern and a resident at RNSH, Manly and Mona Vale hospitals after which she joined the RACGP training program and worked as a GP registrar at Beecroft, St Ives and Umina General Practices. In 2000 she became a fellow of RACGP.
Her interests are Women’s Health (including antenatal shared care, post natal checks, cervical screening , sexual health, gynaecology), general paediatrics, geriatrics, men’s health, chronic disease management including diabetes and preventative medicine.
Dr Gawronska speaks fluent Polish
Mon, Tue, Wed and Friday between 8-5:30.
Tue and Thu between 8-12:30 and
Saturday – once every 6 weeks.
Dr. Gouri Kancharla

Dr. Shiran Fernando

Dr Fernando graduated from Sydney University. He worked in public hospitals for many years including part-time A&E work while in General Practice. Dr Fernando is a fellow of the College of General Practitioners, and also holds a Certificate in Civil Aviation Medicine. Dr Fernando has been practising at Darley Street Medical Practice for over 20 years and is involved in all areas of General Medical practice

Dr. Philip Lam
MBBS (Syd), FRACGP, DCH
Dr Lam obtained his medical degree from University of Sydney. He worked in Royal Canberra Hospital, Westmead hospital, and then the Children’s Hospital. He enjoyed working in the Hunter region and Central Coast during the earlier part of his general practice. Since returning to Sydney, he has been working for 20+ years in his own clinic in Sydney’s North West area. He was admitted as a Fellow in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1995. He has served as a College examiner for two years.
Dr Lam enjoys looking after all types of conditions that general practice brings and will strive to be your family doctor looking after your health over time. He used to live in Roseville and is well connected with the local area.
Dr Lam can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
Regular working hours are Monday afternoon from 330pm-8pm, and at least once Saturday a month.
Dr Irene Lee
Dr Lee graduated at NSW University in 1989, then worked at Hornsby Hospital for a few years. Since this time, she has been in general practice, including some time in country general practice – Scone and Lake Macquarie. Dr Lee attained her RACGP in 2004. She has been working at Darley Street Medical Practice and serving the local community for over 20 years, working part-time for the last 10 years. Dr Lee enjoys the variety of work which general practice brings, and also enjoys looking after and getting to know the many people and families in the community.

Dr Ivy Su
MBBS, DCH, FRACGP
Dr Su is from a Chinese background and she graduated from University in Burma in 2003. Following this she went on to receive a diploma in Children’s Health from Westmead Hospital in 2010 and became a member of RACGP in 2013.
Dr Su has worked in the Northern Territory, Wollongong and Newcastle. She has had experience in Indigenous Health, Chronic Disease Management, Antenatal Care, Mental Health and Child Health. Dr Su can also perform implanon insertion/removal, minor skin excision & procedures, Pap smears and issue travel vaccines. Her other interests include Traveling, Reading and Watching Movies.
Dr Su works Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Dolly holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in physiology and psychology. Since graduation she has worked in private practice in Auckland and Sydney. Dolly's psychology background ensures a focus on both your body and mind. With a strong interest in sports injuries and spinal conditions Dolly has worked with rugby and netball teams and taught Pilates classes. Dolly believes that knowledge is power. She helps her patients understand their conditions and making practical modifications to their activities. In her previous role she regularly presented education sessions on back care and manual handling at a BUPA facility. Dolly has years of experience in manual therapy and utilises Western acupuncture/Dry needling and exercise prescription including Pilates exercises to fast track your recovery. Dolly treats a vast array of conditions including pre and post operative care, work cover injuries, motor vehicle accidents (CTP), DVA or EPC referrals, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, respiratory/chest clearance issues, falls prevention/balance retraining, posture correction/work station ergonomics, and biomechanical issues in sports such as running, swimming and golf.

Shimeng Yin (Melody)
Melody is specialised in chronic disease nutritional management including diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Her interest areas are eating disorders and gastrointestinal disease. She is good at using motivational interviewing skills and Stage of Change Model to deliver individualised nutritional care.
She is available every alternate Saturday morning
Kathryn is a specialist in treating anxiety , depression, relationship problems and stress.
Kathryn works Mondays and Thursdays, plus Alternate Wednesdays
